Special announcement – The CourtRoom Program is now fully integrated with nCourt - 'The online Electronic gateway to America's Courts'. Starting this month, you can utilize the services of nCourt to enable defendants to pay fines on-line for any violations and/or parking tickets in your court.
This is a free service - There is no cost to your court for this service. All costs for the on-line service are covered by a small convenience fee paid by the defendant.
Easy to use - Send cases to nCourt automatically when the case is adjudicated. There are no extra steps on your part. Just set the fine and the program sends the data to the nCourt website. If the fine is paid at the court instead of online, the program notifies nCourt and the case is removed from the website.
Once the payments are made online you can receive the information with just a few mouse clicks and all of the cases paid since your last download are automatically closed in The CourtRoom Program.
There are new reports to track the cases sent to nCourt and payments received.
This system will:
- Reduce inbound calls to find out the cost of the fine.
- Increase fines and fees collected.
- Reduced court calendars.
